This gorgeous cutting board is made of parquet end grain bamboo, considered by professionals to be their first choice in cutting boards for its good "feel" while chopping and cutting. In addition to the generous-sized well along the edges, the intricately engraved tree is actually the juice trough that drains into the collection well at the base of the tree.
