After you use it for a week, it self-programs to automatically adjust to your preferred settings throughout the day. Nest Thermostat shows your energy usage over time and rewards you with a Leaf when you adjust your settings to save energy. And if something goes wrong, like temperatures drop too low or your furnace acts up, it automatically sends alerts to your phone.

Setup for Nest Thermostat is simple; everything you need comes in the box, and it can be installed in less than 30 minutes. Connect it to Wi-Fi® and control it from anywhere via the Nest app. It works with other Nest products for more smart-home capabilities. Compatible with 95 percent of 24V heating and cooling systems, including gas, electric, forced air, heat pump, radiant, oil, hot water, solar and geothermal.
